Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

Placeholder — requires your input

These terms are a starting structure, not reviewed legal copy. Your legal entity, governing law, liability limits, and any billing or refund terms need to be supplied and reviewed by a qualified adviser before you accept public sign-ups.

1. Agreement

By creating a Socialy account you agree to these terms. If you are using Socialy on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Socialy to break the law, or to breach the terms of any connected platform
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other Socialy accounts
  • Interfere with, overload or probe the service or its infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the service without a written agreement

4. Connected platforms

Socialy reads data from third-party platforms such as Instagram via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, and their availability, rate limits and data accuracy are outside our control.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you put into Socialy. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Socialy available and accurate, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis. Metrics depend on third-party APIs and may be delayed or incomplete.

Sections covering fees and billing, limitation of liability, indemnity, termination, governing law and dispute resolution still need to be drafted for your jurisdiction and business model.

7. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
